Candidates must have access to a workplace with the equipment/machinery and tools required, and have a Licensed Operator to supervise all workplace training. |

Log Book |
At the successful completion of the written assessment and assignment, the candidate will be deemed to have demonstrated adequate knowledge, meeting the knowledge requirements of the course. At which time the candidate will receive a Logbook/Training Plan.
Workplace training must be recorded within the Log book. The hours required to be logged in the log book will depend on each individual candidate, and how long it takes them to gain an adequate level of skills and knowledge.
Once adequate hours are logged and the Candidate’s immediate Supervisor feels the Candidate has demonstrated consistent application of skills, the Candidate may then undertake the practical exam at Lifting Skills. |

Completion |
At the successful completion of the practical and written assessment and assignment, the candidate will be deemed competent in this unit of competency and receive a Statement of Attainment and Assessment Summary.
